I am so grateful to be able to give back to my community. I love volunteering at the John Zay House to help make a difference to the guests who are sad, scared and away from home struggling with cancer treatments. I organize my club volleyball team to make welcome bags for the guests. It is such a great feeling to know that the welcome bags we make for the guests brighten up their day and give them some comfort. The feeling that I am providing some brightness in a day makes me so happy! I know I am making a positive difference to my community and I am getting back so much more than I could ever give."
